Cancellation Policy
Bookings are strictly by timeslot. Guests may only enter during their selected timeslot. Walk-ins are welcome, but entry is strictly subject to availability for the requested timeslot. If the timeslot is full, guests will need to return for the next available timeslot. Payment: Online payment is required for all bookings. Admission Fees: • 1 Child: $35/ child (Every child entry is inclusive of up to 2 Additional Adults • Adult: $10 Socks Policy: All guests are required to wear covered-toe socks while on our premises at all times. Guests who arrive without socks will be required to purchase a pair before entering, and additional charges will apply. Private Event Closure: When a session is closed for a private event, walk-ins and online bookings will not be available during the affected period. By making a booking or entering our premises, guests agree to comply with the above policies.
