1. Registration and Payment
Places will be allocated upon confirmation of payment and are on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. Refund and Cancellation
a) In order for refunds to be approved, Impressions Kids Club should receive the cancellation request at least 3 working days prior to the camp week start date.
b) In case of cancellation, you will not be given any materials and mediums of activities as substitutes due to our laboriously instructional-based program. You will not be given any inclusive foods including lunch and snacks.
c) Impressions Kids Club reserves the right to cancel the camp due to insufficient participants. Parents will be notified at least a week prior to the commencement of the camp and a full refund of the fee will be given.
d) We will do our best to ensure there will be no changes in terms of location, times or facilitators. In the event of last-minute changes due to unforeseen circumstances, a suitable replacement option will be offered. We will inform you by email or by phone of the change as soon as possible.
In the course of an accident, dispute, illness, loss of property, or death, Impressions Kids Club cannot be held responsible.
a. Pictures of participants will be taken during activities and may be used for marketing purposes. Please notify us in advance if you do not agree to your child's picture being taken.
a. In case of any dispute, Impressions Kids Club reserves the right to exercise final discretion.
